You might be curious about counseling but are wondering “what is next?” At our practice, we will provide information about our services on your first call. Before your first appointment, you will complete an intake packet to help you get started. Most counseling sessions last from 50 to 60 minutes.
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is a way to provide counseling when it is not possible or easy to meet in person. We use SimplePractice to provide HIPAA-compliant, secure telehealth video sessions for our clients.
