I consider consultation a vital component to foster our growth as therapists. I offer a nurturing and reflective environment and support therapists in exploring clinical cases, navigating ethical dilemmas, and refining their therapeutic skills. Through active listening, constructive feedback, and shared insights I help provide new perspectives, hone clinical expertise, and broaden intervention strategies.

I have over eight years of clinical experience, across various levels of care and clinical skill in eating disorder treatment, trauma, church/spiritual abuse, abusive relationships, betrayal trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and EMDR. I also believe that my life experience uniquely contributes valuable guidance and perspective, to the pursuit of therapeutic excellence. Additionally, I provide consultation on how to integrate Biblical truths with psychological interventions, utilizing a Christian psychology approach.
